Description

Our fennel sausage is crafted using high-quality Canadian pork and is naturally smoked. A classic pairing of pork and fennel seed with a hit of garlic & smoke, the fennel adds a good, sweet, clean, herbaceous note that marries well with pork but is not intrusive. The texture is pleasingly coarse and works well on a charcuterie board, in a salad, and in many recipes.
