As our small family business has expanded, we continue to stand out by offering a wide variety of high-quality charcuterie, fine cheeses, and artisanal foods from local, Canadian, and worldwide sources.
Our aim is to maintain the welcoming atmosphere of a small family business where our customers feel valued and receive top-notch service and products. We strive to offer service that provides our customers with an experience filled with passion for good food, knowledge, and enjoyment.

Sonia, Lucas, and Bruce Alle are fast becoming known in Calgary for their charcuterie that is traditionally made, gluten-free, without any fillers, soy, or ingredient shortcut substitutes. We offer Charcuterie Kits to allow you to prepare your Charcuterie board at home, or we can prepare an delicious Charcuterie board for you!
Our Chefs and Cheesemongers create our charcuterie boards. They meticulously design a board that looks stunning and tastes outstanding by carefully choosing the perfect cheese and meat pairings.
Whether your event is for ten or 100+ people, a dinner party, game night, office event, wedding, etc., we would be honoured to be your go-to place for charcuterie boards so you can sit back and enjoy your event!
