Description

This salami gets its exclusive flavour from aging this product for a minimum of seven weeks in a special climate controlled chambers. Using loin meat, coarse-chopped, creates a full-figured bite. Delicatesnaya will stand up with any accompaniment, however, we recommend trying it with a good Russian vodka, cheese like Oka, Alpine Cheese and Caviar.
