Our naturally smoked, Louisiana-inspired Andouille sausages are made from high-quality Canadian pork and have a coarse, meaty texture. They are naturally smoked and crafted with quality spices, producing distinctive flavours. Seasoned to perfection with Cajun flavours, smoke and then finish with a nice heat. A great spicy addition to your charcuterie board, snack, or in traditional Cajun dishes such as gumbo and jambalaya (as well as the Creole versions).
