About us

Luc’s European Meats opened at the Calgary Farmers Market South location in 2015. It was founded by Lucas, Bruce, and Sonia Alle.

Their intention was to bring their family brand authentic quality cured and smoked European-style meats made with old-world family traditions. As their business grew, they expanded, offering a larger variety of locally made fine-quality charcuterie and specialty foods.

In 2017, Luc’s expanded fully into cheese and deli meats, and then Luc’s European Meats became Luc’s European Meats, Cheese & Eats, offering over 100 cheeses and a one-stop charcuterie shop! You can now find us at the South & West Calgary Farmers Market and Gasoline Alley Farmers Market in Red Deer. You can also find us at local seasonal and holiday markets. Sure to be greeted by one of the owners.
